New World Montessori Program & Fees

TUITION SCHEDULE FOR THE 2010/2011 YEAR

The School Year Program follows the Sheboygan Public School calendar for some of its school recess days. The school year is approximately ten months long. An eight week summer session is also held. Parents may elect to enroll their child for the school year session or for the full year August to August session. The same holiday schedule is followed for both sessions.

Based on availability, additional time can be added to the half day or extended day program. The fee for the early morning (7:15 am - 8:30 am) session is $78 per monthly payment.  The fee for the late afternoon (3:30 pm - 5:30 pm) session is $118 per monthly payment.

A child may be enrolled in the half day, extended day or full day program based on availability.

Children in their kindergarten year participate in the extended day or full day program. Children must be 5 years of age on or by the first of September to be considered a kindergarten student.

Initial Tuition Payment

Enrollment Procedure

Upon receiving the application form and after an orientation session with the parents, a child will be accepted into the program if the goals of the program support the goals the parents hold for their child. Once a child is accepted, the registration form and the $100 new student registration fee is submitted. A Tuition Contract will then be issued.  The signed Tuition Contract, the Initial Tuition Payment and State Forms are required to be returned before a child's start date.

Financial Information

An Initial Tuition Payment equal to a monthly payment is due with the signed Contract. A child's place will then be secured within the program. This initial Payment will be considered the August tuition payment.

Tuition amounts can be paid monthly or bimonthly.  Other options are available.  Tuition is payable in advance and due on the first day of the month if paid monthly, or due on the 1st and 15th if paid twice a month.

A $10 late fee is required for any payment received after the five (5) day grace period unless other arrangements have been made with the administrator.

Children are enrolled for the school year August - June, the full year August - August, or the summer session June - August. Agreement to pay tuition for the full term is not subject to adjustment because of illness, absence, or vacations that do not coincide with school vacations.

Additional hours, on an occasional basis, beyond a child's regularly scheduled time may be available and will be charged out in 30 minute increments at a rate of $3.00 per half hour.
